Singer/songwriter Emilia Quinn has released her second EP Firecracker out today July 23rd. With the majority of the recording done during the lockdown, Firecracker EP leaves no space for comprise. It delivers top-notch music quality.

Kicking off with acoustic “Ready Right Now” with a nod to Led Zeppelin, the poised, stripped back acoustic is an explosion of sound as Quinn’s voice compliments the southern styled theme of the EP. Meanwhile, “Nothing To Lose” and “Outlaw” is the perfect mixture of a little bit of blues, rock and southern country tunes. Throughout the 4 track EP, Quinn often begins her songs with solo vocals leading to a powerhouse of a song, as “Drunk” is another flawless example.
Emilia Quinn is a combination Joanna Shaw Taylor groove and Lucinda Williams sass, which her new EP Firecracker illustrates perfectly at the same time shining a light on Quinn’s growth as singer/songwriter.

Firecracker is out now on all streaming sites.
